Are Vibes recommended for everyone?
Vibes are for almost everybody! We do not recommend Vibes for children under 4, people who have trouble chewing, or excessive trouble swallowing. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor about what ingredients you should or not be taking. Please note our statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Do I pay more for Vibes than “regular” snacks and candy?
Simply put, we have upped your snack game which carries a little extra cost. Each bag is created with love and good vibes, with functional ingredients added to our delicious all-natural fruity and sour stars. The end result means we deliver you a one of a kind functional goodness!

Our Vibes are made with love in Richmond, BC, Canada by our Herbaland Team!
Are Vibes made with 100% non-GMO ingredients?
Yep We are proud to say that all of our products use all-natural, non-GMO ingredients.
Does Vibes contain any artificial ingredients?
Nope! Our fruity star snacks do not contain any artificial ingredients. All ingredients come from mother earth.

What is amla fruit?
Amla fruit is highly loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, both of which help brighten the skin and lighten the complexion. As it’s enriched with the goodness of vitamin C, amla is beneficial in retaining the youthfulness of your skin as well as aiding a healthy gut, and improving liver health, and also has a tonic effect on the cardiovascular system.
What is elderberry?
The berries and flowers of elderberry are packed with vitamin C, antioxidants and dietary fiber that may boost your immune system. They could help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, too. Some experts recommend elderberry to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.
What are natural flavors?
The flavors we use only come from things found in nature like plants, fruits, and spices. We don't use anything artificial.
What is Allulose?
Allulose is a natural sweetener found in things like figs, raisins, and maple syrup. It tastes just like normal sugar, but has almost zero glycemic impact and almost zero calories.
Are Vibes free from allergens?
Yes! Vibes are free of the top nine major food allergens such as gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, nut-free, peanut and egg-free.
Are Carrageenan found in Vibes?
Nope

If you're not completely loving the Vibes we'll refund your order in full. But also let us know at we@lovethevibes.com how we can improve them!

At the moment we're not able to support single pouch vibes.
How big is a case of Vibes?
Each box comes with 6 gummy pouches, each containing 40g/1.4oz of fruity stars and all our flavors: strawberry glow and cherry force field with more fruity and sour flavors coming very soon!
How should I store Vibes?
We recommend that our vibes are stored in room temperature conditions, between 55F – 75F to ensure that our snacks remain intact. Please note that if stored at higher temperatures especially for longer periods of time, our gummies may melt and lose shape.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?
Standard drop shipping orders are produced in about a week. Typical turnaround time for bulk orders is 2 weeks.

At this time we only offer Standard Shipping which typically takes 2 -7 days to ship.

Yes! Global Vibes are a lovely thing.
How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow the Vibes to your front door.
My package is missing!
If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, email us at we@lovethevibes.com and we’ll help hunt it down.
What should I do if I received the wrong product or if something is damaged?
